• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles in a highly secure and regulated environment
• Create, manage and operate Ansible Automation Platform objects such as templates, credentials, workflows etc
• Consult users to assist with migrating automation workloads to Ansible Automation Platform
• Deploy, manage, and operate workloads on AWS and Azure, as well as implement security controls and compliance requirements
• Create, manage and operate IaC with Terraform
• Perform operating system and Ansible Automation Platform lifecycle management
• Interact with Enterprise GitHub for version control and Git branching strategy
• Track and update Jira user stories to ensure due dates are met
• Forecast and plan for resources, infrastructure, and licences for the team in coordination with the Product Owner and Line manager in charge.
• Assist to ensure stability of systems and adherence of the team to the Group’s Operations standards.
• Ensure quality and up to date content of the knowledge base for the sub-product
• Ensure quality and up to date content of the Sub-Product and compliancy required documentation
• Able to understand complex application architecture/dependencies (CA related)
• Perform housekeeping/monitoring/managing of the Ansible Automation Platform focusing on stability/performance as well as cost optimization.
• Manage Problem, Incident and Change process for dedicated ITSM service
• Willing to do standby and work on weekends if needed
• Keep documentation up to date in all relevant systems (e. g. as is configuration CMDB/Application Instance Wizard, to be configuration Connect IT, knowledge database resolveIT)
• Attend and moderate operation meetings
• Coordinate external contractors
• Manage security vulnerabilities

Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Strong Experience with Ansible Core and Ansible Automation Platform (or Ansible Tower/AWX)
• Strong experience with coding and scripting (Bash, PowerShell etc)
• Strong experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, SLES)
• Strong experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Strong knowledge with version control systems (GitHub)
• Strong experience with IaC technologies (Terraform)
• Experience with GitOps
• Experience with ServiceNow (Advantageous)
• Experience with Dynatrace (Advantageous)
• Experience with SIEM technologies such as Splunk (Advantageous)
• Experience with Red Hat Satellite (Advantageous)
• Any Linux certification such as RHCSA
• Ansible certification - RHCE (ex294/ex407) (advantageous)
• Ansible tower certification (advantageous)
• ITIL certification (advantageous)                  
• Any Scrum certification (advantageous)   
• Minimum of 5 years of IT operations experience
• Minimum of 5 years of configuration management and automation experience
• Minimum of 4 years of ITIL work experience   
• Minimum of 4 years of Scrum work experience
• Minimum of 6 years of operating system administration work experience

MINIMUM SKILLS:

• Deep knowledge of Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket/GitHub
• Deep knowledge of Ansible Core and Ansible Automation Platform/Ansible Tower
• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
• Deep knowledge of Unix, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, SLES)
• Deep knowledge of IaC and related tools such as Terraform
• Deep knowledge of mounting technologies Autofs and DFS
• Deep knowledge of storage technologies as well as state of the art solutions
• Deep knowledge of networks technologies and protocols NFS, CIFS, SSH, DNS, and NTP
• Deep knowledge of scripting / programming such as Bash, Python and Perl
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
