Snr HR Officer - Kwazulu Natal at Stefanutti Stocks

Minimum Requirements

• At least 7 years’ HR related experience, preferably in construction/engineering/technical environment
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar field
• Valid South African driver’s license with own transport is required
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ideally experience on Sage People and ESS

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of the various labour law acts.
• Expert knowledge of the BIBC and BCCEI collective agreements.

• Be solutions based; problems are variable, and resolution may require some flexibility within established procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
• Able to interact in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Remains pro-active and works productively in a highly pressurized environment.
• Ability to be discreet with sensitive information.
• Administer information accurately and timeously on the various information systems.
• Act as a support to the team.
• Able to be autonomous and complete tasks within tight deadlines.
• Has the necessary interpersonal skills to ensure positive relations between management and employees
