To support the Social Impact project portfolio by coordinating the appropriate CSI project logistics and providing onsite event management at select projects.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate volunteer recruitment and registration.
Deliver project evaluation and impact reporting. Ensure all Social Impact activities are covered by the Media and Communication team.
Analyse and study Social Impact related donations requests and submit briefs/ proposals for approvals. Manage the relationship with non-profit organisations and identify best collaboration opportunities.
Guide employee volunteerism (Sasol For Good) initiatives and ensure proper implementation of activities including all required logistics and PR.
Ensure record keeping of all employee volunteerism (Sasol For Good) initiatives.
Assist in planning and implementing national, regional, and local Social Impact initiatives and programmes.
Prepare material required for Regulatory reporting. Support the creation of an annual plan for community engagement, community enablement including raising awareness about the organisation and development of engagement pathways, employee volunteerism plans to support Social Impact initiatives in the areas of health, education, business development, and environment.
Manage Social Impact project specific budget and Ikusasa budget.
