Snr specialist: Communications & PR at Telkom

Core Description    

• Positively manage all internal and external communication to build the Openserve culture, knowledge and alignment across the Openserve stakeholder base. Lead all Public Relations interfaces for Openserve and act as the voice for all media relations. Drive proactive and reactive PR programs for the Openserve brand, products, leadership, finance and regulatory initiatives. Manage, protect and enhance Openserve's reputation across all stakeholders including the media

Qualifications    

• Relevant 3-year degree/ diploma (NQF level 6), preferably in Public Relations, Communications and/ or Journalism. Post-graduate degree (NQF level 8), MBA/MBL will be an advantage.

Experience    

• 7 years' experience of which at least 2 years must be on management level. Experience in the ICT sector will be an  added advantage.
