We're on the lookout for a talented and highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is not just tech-savvy but also has a deep understanding of crypto, combined with strong customer support skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms, particularly Discord.
• Provide top-notch customer support, addressing queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our crypto-focused audience.
• Analyze and report on social media performance using data capture techniques.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement social media strategies.
• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our crypto-focused goals.
• Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging crypto-centric platforms.
• Create engaging, informative, and timely content that resonates with the crypto community.
• Monitor trends in the crypto and blockchain space to create relevant content.
• Engage with our community regularly, fostering relationships and encouraging dialogue.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and support marketing campaigns.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience in handling customer queries.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Technological proficiency, particularly with social media platforms and Excel.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and the crypto market.
• Experience with data capture and analysis.

• Knowledge of social media best practices and trends, especially in the crypto industry.
