    Social Media Marketing Co-ordinator

    Your eat-sleep-hustle, dream-job responsibilities include:

    1. Social Media Extraordinaire with a flair/interest in fashion & pop culture – & get paid for it!
    2. Strategy – drive the business & communication strategy through our Social platforms to elevate our brand identity to dizzying heights & attract new customers
    3. You’re a Mover, Shaker, Hustler & Networker – yes, social butterflying is a skill you can flaunt shamelessly here!
    4. Experience in social community management & measurement – no brainer!
    5. By flexibility we mean more than just your fitness, you easily flip between WFH days to on-site, in-office days
    • Elevate our disruptive, young brand across platforms to deliver brand value & brand love & whichever cool channel we decide to play with next (all in a day’s work of course!)
    • Briefs – giving & receiving briefs to/from internal/external stakeholders to ensure next level, on-brand delivery
    • Contribute to & manage the monthly organic & paid social media content calendar – bringing treasures & deals to our customers is an always-on hustle!
    • Respond to & redirect social platform conversations/questions – we love to chat & keep things real with our customers!
    • Digital Copywriting – your creative outlet & path to fame & perhaps fortune
    • Run in heels/sneakers while dreaming up cool, never-before-tried ideas that are memorable, executable & on-brand
    • Compile monthly organic analytics & consolidate with paid analytics (from media agency) to drive insights & KPIs – we loove to achieve & we never stop learning
    • Compile weekly round-up of competitive social platform activity – what are “they” getting up to?
    • Bonus points for: RFO clothing in your wardrobe, sense of curiosity & challenging the status quo, youthful, always on the hustle & willing to bring dignified experiences to our customer 24/7!

    You know how to:

    • Put your tertiaries (Media or Marketing degree and/or Digital Marketing qualifications) to good use commercially
    • Apply your 1- 2 years relevant community management experience
    • Craft digital copy like it’s a side hustle too!
    • Content scheduling across platforms
    • Analytics & Reporting
    • Make your voice heard & contribute your innovative, cool ideas through discussion & presentations (or through the medium of dance, memes, etc.)
    • Plan your time effectively & efficiently
    • Thrive under pressure & fast paced environments
    • Maintain high standards & raise the bar every time
    • Be a team player
    • Laugh in the face of change, adapt & move quickly
    • Shoot your shot, even against the odds!
    • Operate in stealth mode – stay abreast of competitor activity, market trends, best practice
    • Be open-minded, customer-centric, proactive, resourceful & operate with a value mindset
