Software Development Engineer at AnyVan

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, design, and implement software that helps scale and future-proof our platform

• Write clean, logical, and maintainable code that’s ready for production

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders to solve complex problems

• Champion testing and quality practices to ensure robust, reliable releases

• Continuously look for ways to improve our systems, tools, and workflows

What you'll bring:

• Experience with our tech stack or in similar languages with a desire to learn

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions

• An understanding of web technologies and scalability

• Familiarity with CI/CD, QA practices, and Agile delivery

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told; you make things happen

• Based in the UK and able to commute to our Hammersmith office (3 days a week minimum)
