Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable code with best practices
• Participate in gathering user requirements to inform application design
• Testing the suitability and functionality of applications
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
• Writing documents and providing technical training
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
• Conduct code reviews, deployment activities as well as User Acceptance Testing with the business stakeholders
• Ensuring continuous professional self-development

Desired Experience & Qualification

Required:

• At least 3 years of development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java or C# and SQL
• A serious interest or willingness to learn Salesforce Development
• Exposure to HTML or developing customer facing user-interfaces
• The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently based on high level objectives
• Open and clear communicator, as we interact with business stakeholders daily
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Degree in Computer Science, Salesforce qualification or related field
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including designing custom objects, implementing approval processes, developing Lightning components and Visualforce pages according to application requirements
• Good organizational skills
