Job Description

Reference Data Technology is responsible for the strategy, sourcing, maintenance, and distribution of Reference Data across the Bank. It is also responsible for Global Markets Client Onboarding, Reg W, and FMU Reporting. Reference Data Team comprises function - Client, Instrument, Bookmap, ATOM (Agreements, Terms and Objects Model), ZINC and Core Platforms including JOLT, Helix, Cesium, Chronos, etc. Reference Data Technology is horizontal function providing golden copy data Front to Back Flows, Enterprise Supply Chain, Risk, Banking, GWIM and Compliance. Account, Party, Instrument Data, Terms and Agreements data, End of Day Position Data and Bookmap are the firm's Authorized Data Sources for all line of functions across GBAM.

The associate would be responsible for owning delivery of one of the line of functions that are part of Reference Data. Also, as a lead associate would be working several other senior associates and leads to ensure quality delivery. The associate would be responsible for gathering requirements from clients, independently creating the design, develop and implement the changes.

• Experience on Testing

• Ability to manage concurrent activities and issues are a must
• Experience working in Agile delivery methodology

Requirements

Education

•  B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)

Experience Range

• 4 - 10 yrs

Foundational skills*

• Solid knowledge of OOPS (Java/J2ee) and functional programming like Scala
• Good knowledge of AngularJS/ReactJS/Javascript
• Fair knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
• A proactive approach to problem solving and think innovatively
• Strong experience with delivery of Application Development for applications in Global Markets,
• Desired SkillsWork / Shift Timings: 11.30 am to 8.30 pm IST
• Knowledge of Capital Markets domain
• Agile development practices (CI, TDD, BDD, etc)
