As a Software Engineer III, you will play a key role in conducting research, designing solutions, and delivering software development assignments within a specific functional area or product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing individual components, solving complex problems, designing program flows, writing high-quality and efficient code, and performing thorough unit testing to ensure reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to refine and implement system requirements.
Develop and review software components, ensuring code quality and reliability.
Translate product requirements into effective software designs.
Follow development processes, coding standards, and best practices, including participating in code reviews.
Work effectively within Agile, Waterfall, or other development frameworks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in software engineering (3+ years preferred).
Proficiency in development languages such as C#, .NET, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XML, or others.
Experience working with complex data models and understanding data modeling principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with industry best practices for software development, testing, and documentation.
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
