The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented technologists to success by being accountable for the end-to-end delivery of products and/or projects

Key Requirements

• 3 Year IT or related professional qualification
• Experience in software development
• Experience in managing a team/s of developers
• An understanding of software development and design principles, software and agile development methodologies, and full software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for each phase of the end-to-end Product/Project life cycle as applicable
• Aligning product/project strategy with the business, customers (internal and external), and technology through collaboration
• Driving and supporting OKR’s – organizational goals – achieving set targets and milestones
• Empowering and managing the team to explore new technologies, reducing technical debt, and improving processes
• Define, track and measure product business benefits realisation
• Accountable for the reporting and analysis of the relevant performance metrics
• Prioritisation and planning of Backlogs / Demand Pipelines and, where applicable, Product Roadmaps
• Ensure risk mitigation plans are in place
• Team Management
