We are seeking an experienced Software Technical Lead to join our team on a contract basis. This is an on-site role based in Stellenbosch, ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for driving high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional software development team
Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of software solutions
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables
Conduct code reviews and guide problem-solving sessions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a team lead role
Strong proficiency in modern software development languages and frameworks
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
