Our client is a UK-based company looking for a Solar Energy Sales Manager to join their new team in Stellenbosch, South Africa. They pride themselves on designing and providing cost-efficient solar panels and they always go the extra mile to ensure their after-sales service is excellent.
As Solar Energy Sales Manager, you need to be someone who has vision and can drive the building of their local sales department.
Job Type: Full-Time | Office-based
The ideal candidate is someone who has:
A relevant degree in business would be advantageous
A minimum of 2 years of experience as sales manager in the Solar Energy industry essential
Extensive technical knowledge of the implementation of solar focused projects and solutions essential
Proven track record of positive sales performance
Strong communication skills
The ability to analyze sales data
Strong management and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Head up the Sales Department
Work closely with the COO and be part of the decision making process
Full ownership of position and department
Implement new software and Improve systems and procedures
Point of contact with potential clients
