Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a relevant field (Essential/Minimum)
• Diploma in Business Analysis (Recommended/Desirable)
• Certificate in First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable)
• 3-5 years of experience in business process and business analysis (Information Management) (Essential/Minimum)
• Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and verifying business requirements
• Experience in providing first-line solution support and user training
• Ability to perform user acceptance testing and manage system integrations
• Strong skills in stakeholder relationship building and management
• Understanding of safety, health, and environmental standards in work practices
• Capable of adhering to governance, compliance processes, and quality assurance standards

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify, verify, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Provide first-line solution support and training to end-users, enhancing user adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to define technical and functional requirements for IT solutions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with governance, quality assurance, and standards within project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs and opportunities.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure seamless operation and integration of IT systems.
• Document and communicate solution standards, ensuring consistency across projects and functions.
