Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a relevant field (Essential/Minimum)
Diploma in Business Analysis (Recommended/Desirable)
Certificate in First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable)
3-5 years of experience in business process and business analysis (Information Management) (Essential/Minimum)
Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and verifying business requirements
Experience in providing first-line solution support and user training
Ability to perform user acceptance testing and manage system integrations
Strong skills in stakeholder relationship building and management
Understanding of safety, health, and environmental standards in work practices
Capable of adhering to governance, compliance processes, and quality assurance standards
