Job purpose: 

Key Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Capex and Opex project related budgets 
• Manage and lead a team of Senior Product Owners
• Lead the Product Owner team to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Manage and lead the relationship with the Global Technology teams
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder needs and dynamics 
• Big picture thinking required – long term strategy into executional plan
• Develop and implement the long-term technology strategy (People, Technology, and Process)
• Setup and manage the future AMS model

Minimum Requirements

• Technology related B Degree, Diploma or business-related qualification
• MBA would be advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with industry expertise in Consumer Goods (preferably Beverages or Alco-beverages)
• Python, SQL, ABAP knowledge is a must 
• Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and lean process tools and techniques (certified scrum master and/or product owner preferred)
• Knowledge of MICS/SOX would be advantageous 
• Strong SAP functional experience. SAP certifications will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and people skills across all levels of the business
• Experience with Agile, Hybrid and DevOps delivery methods
• Previous experience leading a large scale SAP technology project is a must.
