Solutions Architect at Krypton Mining

The architectural design, selection, specification, implementation and optimisation of Mining solutions to ensure the alignment of business and information technology (IT) strategies within a project environment.
Desired Qualifications  

•   B Engineering Degree (Relevant) or BSc Computer Science (Relevant))
•   Project Management Qualification (advantageous)
•   Business or Management Qualification (advantageous)

Experience

•  5-10 years working experience in application architecture design for MES / MOS and Automation
•  Experience with Mining Systems
•  IT and ICT solution design and delivery experience
•  Experience in Mining Value Chain

Key Performance Areas:

•  Translate requirements into architecture design for different projects
•  Ensure designs adhere to architectural standards and are practically implementable
•  Validate solutions for quality, architectural and functional requirements
•  Deliver business information blueprints with Proof of concepts
•  Ensure all test efforts are planned, monitored and executed
•  Working closely with process management teams and coordinating technical activities
•  Provide technical guidance, oversight, coaching and mentoring to project team members
•  Ensure successful handover into operations (Ensure the end-to-end delivery)
•  Maintenance and support of solutions
•  Co-ordinating project activities with stakeholders
