What you’ll own:

• Driving S2P process excellence from vendor onboarding to payments and compliance.
• Leading transformation initiatives and ERP deployment (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
• Embedding best practice and continuous improvement across the board.
• Managing high-performing teams across AP, procurement, and sourcing.
• Partnering with stakeholders to drive sustainable cost efficiencies and smarter operations. 

What you’ll bring:

• A proven track record in shared services, finance transformation, and managing large, diverse teams.
• Strong experience in process design, automation, and continuous improvement.
• A natural ability to balance strategy with detail, and lead with clarity in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business Management (post-grad a plus).
