Manage leased in aircraft / engines to meet contract and redelivery;
Term management of leased airplanes so redelivery conditions can be met at any time with minimal input;
Ensure the specific contractual engine and airframe leases and terms and conditions are met during the lease term to reduce risk at redelivery;
Ensure the maintenance provision of the leases are correctly applied and recorded;
Ensure all available reserve funding, warranties and credits are managed and claimed;
Ensure that the various MRO/AMO/CAMO functions are correctly applied to the specifics of the lease;
Ensure that any operation requested changes made are in line with the contract, recorded and Lessor agreed;
Ensure any operational limitations in the lease are visible to the operations department and managed and enforced;
Ensure complete and accurate month end reporting of hours/cycles/usage and power setting to the lessor for billing purposes
Ensure invoices are correctly processed, escalations applied and deposits administrated;
Ad hoc duties as required from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification;
At least 5 Years’ experience in relevant field;
Sound understanding of aviation business;
Must have a background in aircraft records, aviation regulation, and aviation quality standards and aircraft lease/engine contract administration;
Experience in SAM Maintenance System would be an advantage;
Understanding of generic CAMO control systems;
Computer proficiency and sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Ability to work under pressure;
Must have good verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Able to multitask in a fast-paced, highly stressed environment, be deadline-driven and have the ability to both give and receive direction - Professional;
