    Specialist: Campaign Operations

    Core Description

    Responsible for supporting CPM in the planning and execution of targeted campaigns/ programs/ processes in support of defined segment strategies. The focus will be on the customer lifecycle, and may include acquisition, on-boarding, up-sell/ cross sell, usage stimulation, recharge contextual offers and churn prevention.

    Job Responsibilities

    Transform high level strategies into actionable campaign ideas (20-30%)

    • Review market research documents, benchmark programs and offers global players and competitors.
    • Utilize customer insight to better understand 8ta customer base.

    Use insights to design targeted acquisition campaigns, on-boarding program and growth and retention campaigns in accordance with pre-defined strategy and business KPI's (20-30%)

    • Operationally develop acquisition, on-boarding, growth stimulation and retention campaigns.
    • Initiate/ support generation of ideas to develop propositions.

    Collaborate with CPM Segment management, Product management, and Go-to-market stakeholders on proposition design, unique selling point (USP), call-to-action, and fulfilment channels (20-30%)

    • Develop conceptual and detailed specifications for the identified propositions.
    • Manage Implementation of campaigns.
    • Identify and liaise with stakeholders in order to implement campaigns by designing, configuring and testing the campaigns.
    • Responsible for briefing creative elements into marketing agencies where applicable.

    Monitor and report on performance (20-30%)

    • Monitor execution of campaigns and report on results.
    • Track KPI's and ensure feedback loop to all relevant stakeholders.
    • Enhance program after analysis of data.
