Specialist: Credit Card at Capitec Bank

DIVISION: Credit Management

Purpose of the role

• To assist in formulating and enabling the bank's credit card strategy to achieve 15% market share by FY2022 within predefined ROE and profitability targets
• Provide business context to modelling and analytical teams to spearhead a data driven credit card strategy

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum:
  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • Relevant degree (eg Bcom) with a major in Financial Sciences
  • 7 years' relevant financial services experience within the retail credit environment
  • 3 years relevant credit facility / revolving credit experience
• Ideal:
  • Relevant postgraduate degree with a major in Financial Sciences
  • Experience working with and presenting to executive
  • Experience in data driven credit facility / revolving credit strategy management
  • Analytical experience
