To develop and implement community affairs undertakings in line with the CSI strategy, in support of the business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure that the team is focused and deliver on key priorities including high quality provision, high standards of health and safety, and efficient communications.
Assist Manager Social Impact in implementing projects.
Assist in developing plans for progress and growth.
Contribute to the overall development and maintenance of all projects.
Ensure efficient running of the team.
Contribute to training and development of the team.
Supervise the performance of all duties in compliance with health and safety and all related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations.
Support and track the progress of projects.
Deal with issues/problems as they arise to minimise impact.
Liaise with teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate data/records/documentation as specified.
Develop and govern the implementation of procedures and SLCs.
Contribute and align community activities with the company CSI strategies at optimal cost.
Define strategy components pertaining to the recreation and hospitality in SOE.
