Minimum Requirements    

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Essential/Minimum).
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or contract management (Essential/Minimum).
• Certificate in First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Experience in managing vendor performance and fostering supplier relationships.
• Familiarity with logistics innovations and drive for continuous improvement.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in logistics.
• Proficiency in managing complex logistics contracts across multiple commodities.
• Capability in financial evaluation of tenders and procurement savings.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Manage and optimise logistics contracts to ensure regulatory compliance and cost-efficiency.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Coordinate tender processes, including the evaluation and financial assessment of proposals.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to drive innovations and improve service quality.
• Conduct monthly reporting and analysis to support continuous improvement in logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for supplier development and contract management.
• Identify opportunities for procurement savings and support implementation of best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of contract modifications, compliance, and renewals.
