Specialist Sales Representative at Adcock Ingram holdings

Key Job Outputs :

• Detail Ophthalmologists, Paediatrician’s, ENT, GP, Optometrists and pharmacies of clinical benefits of products
• Territory and time management
• Ensure adherence to product marketing strategy through management of stock levels, merchandising, promotional activity at pharmacies, and dispensaries.
• Ensure adherence to current marketing code of conduct and legislation
• Arrange and facilitate continuing medical education (CME) programmes for pharmacies, doctors and specialists
• Understanding company policy and procedures and ensure adherence thereto
• Complete expense claim sheets
• Complete vehicle log books
• Correct utilisation of customer relationship marketing
• Maintaining customer relations in a cost-effective manor
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated territory

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Matric + Degree in Science related fields
• Specialist detailing experience with solid relationships with target audienc preferred,
•  Full understanding of performance drivers including metrics around market share and EI
•  Computer literacy, Spreadsheets, Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and category.
