Specialist: Technician - (Ford) at Motus Holdings Limited

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Technician with expertise in Ford vehicles to join our team. The Specialist Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and providing maintenance services for Ford vehicles, ensuring that they are returned to customers in top working condition.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Ford vehicles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests on Ford vehicles to identify issues and provide accurate repair solutions
• Repair and replace faulty parts in Ford vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
• Conduct routine maintenance services on Ford vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance services performed on Ford vehicles
• Communicate with customers to explain repair options and provide cost estimates
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Ford vehicle technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technician specializing in Ford vehicles
• Ford dealership or manufacturer certification is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of Ford vehicles and their systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
