SPH Handyman x 2 at Lenmed Private Hospitals

Main Focus Areas

• The handyman is responsible for general repairs and maintenance and cleaning of hospital property.

Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)

• Performing unsupervised basic maintenance of Hospital facilities and equipment.
• Unsupervised tasks will include (but not limited to ) :
• Repairs, maintenance of refrigeration, air-conditioning
• Cleaning of air-conditioning filters and ducts
• Servicing of cooling towers and air handler units
• General cleaning and maintenance of Hospital property
• Ensuring that the public areas are well maintained
• Assisting the Technical Manager with the maintenance and repair of hospital plant and equipment as and when required.

Post Requirements: (include but are not limited to)

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
• Basic knowledge and skills with all tools found in facility
• 1-2 years experience in similar/ related position
