    Hospital Manager I Zamokuhle Private Hospital

    Role Summary:

    • An exceptional leadership opportunity exists for a dynamic, commercially astute, and strategically driven executive to lead at Zamokuhle Private Hospital. The successful incumbent will report to the Hospital Cluster CEO and will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, financial, and clinical performance of the hospital.

    Minimum Required Education

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) will be advantageous.

    • Minimum 8-10 years’ senior management experience within the private healthcare sector.
    • Previous Hospital CEO or General Manager experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated strong business, commercial and financial acumen.

    LVPH - Enrolled Nurse

    Main Focus Areas

    • The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for direct and/or indirect nursing care of a patient or group of patients and will function under the direct and/or indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse and Unit Manager

    Main Focus Areas

    • The handyman is responsible for general repairs and maintenance and cleaning of hospital property.

    Financial Manager Lenmed AKPH & Daxina

    Main Focus Areas

    • The Financial Manager is the financial custodian of the Hospital and responsible for financial reporting, management and analysis of monthly performance. The Financial Manager will be directly responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions to effect efficiencies and implementation and maintenance of a system of financial control across the Hospital.

    Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)

    • Produce accurate and timeous monthly financial performance reporting
    • Detailed analysis of financial performance to identify and improve business efficiencies
    • Maintenance and improvement of the financial governance environment.
    • Manage Hospital trial balance and general ledger with review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Budget and forecast preparation and review.
    • Investment opportunity reviews including IRR model development
    • Effective management of patient services function delivering on key working capital metrics particularly debtors and cashflow.
    • Effective CAPEX management and ROCE focus.
    • Participation in financial external and internal audits and timeous and effective close out of gaps identified.
    • Effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

    Post Requirements: (include but are not limited to)

    • A relevant 3-year BCom degree or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification.
    • A CIMA or CA qualification preferred.
    • SAP Experience is advantageous.
    • A minimum of 5 years financial management and analysis experience.
    • Previous experience in financial analysis, identification of inefficiencies and implementation of efficiency solutions.
    • Previous experience in development of daily financial progress and monthly reports.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
