Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and reports for various business applications
• Provide ongoing support for SQL-based applications, resolving issues efficiently
• Assist with the system maintenance, enhancements, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics GP, Access Delta WMS, Slim4, and other enterprise platforms
• Manage and support data transfers and automation using WinSCP/SFTP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve database performance and system efficiency
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all supported applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• SQL Server qualification (CompTIA/Microsoft Equivalent) or related experience
• Experience with Power BI Reportingis advantageous
• Familiarity with WinSCP/SFTPfor file transfers and automation

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with SSMS(SQL Server Management Studio)
• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications(ERP, WMS systems, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyzesystem performance and resolve issues
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybridwork environment
• Willingness to support the adoption of new applications as they are implemented
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds (Spanish-speaking team members will require extra attention)
