An exciting opportunity is available for a highly analytical and self-motivated SSA Product & Planning Analyst to join a dynamic After Sales team. This role is responsible for supporting the Sub-Saharan Africa After Sales function through parts pricing, business performance reporting, product management, marketing initiatives, customer loyalty programmes, and strategic business projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement after-sales campaigns and promotions to drive parts sales growth.
Conduct dealer engagement, market research, and trend analysis.
Develop and manage after-sales marketing and customer loyalty strategies.
Monitor dealer performance and prepare business performance reports.
Manage dealer parts incentive programmes, including target setting and performance tracking.
Oversee parts pricing, benchmarking, inflation updates, and profitability optimisation.
Maintain pricing systems and communicate updates to dealer management systems.
Provide dealer support and assist the field force with operational queries.
Support pricing strategy, forecasting, KPI reporting, and business planning.
Conduct market research on pricing, promotions, and competitor activity.
Develop and manage customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Management/Science, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification (MBA, MBL or Honours) will be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sales or After Sales environment within an OEM or importer, or 5 years' experience in Dealer Sales and/or After Sales (Parts & Service).
At least 3 years' experience in parts pricing within an OEM or importer environment.
Experience within Sub-Saharan African markets will be advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop product marketing strategies and work independently.
