SSHE Officer Assistant at Tiger Brands

This role reports to site safety officer, main objective is to support different units with systems and operational requirements to drive SHE objectives

• Take part in the planning and conducting  of internal audits (ISO 14001 and MARSH)
• Take part in incident investigations and monitor and coordinate  corrective action system 
• Conducting continuous risk assessments for operational tasks  
• Coordinate contractor operational observations and auditing 
• Drive SRO closure activities with relevant unit managers to ensure compliance to target.
• Take part in MECP project initiatives working together with relevant managers 
• Developing training material to simplify communication via tools like OPL’s.
• Take part in driving the PJO schedule, developing corrective actions for gaps identified and monitor implementation
• Supporting the routine meetings in the different units
