Stock Controller at AECI Limited

Purpose of the job:

• To do day to day execution of the stock management process to ensure reconciliation between stock documentation, physical stock and system (SAP) accuracy.

Required outputs: Functional

•  Production booking and stock transfer on SAP
•  Document filing and controlling
•  Stock taking
•  System preparation and reconciliation in preparation for cycle counting
•  Ensure system housekeeping
•  Reporting
•  Comply with company governance & compliance policies and procedures
•  Monthly production reports

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• 2 – 3 years in a similar role
• Logistics and Material Management Certificate in NQF Level 5 will be advantageous.
• Explosives and or Chemical manufacturing experience advantageous Minimum stock variances and minimum production variances in SAP
• Ensure that we adhere to housekeeping guideline, OHS Act, ISO 14001, ISO9001, OHSAS 18001 Systems and relevant legislation.
• Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or similar manufacturing philosophies.
