Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 
• Business English: Fluent 
• Computer literacy (Advanced)

Duties and Responsibilities    
Monitor and control stock  

• Report on all stock related issues  
• Monitor and verify all stock related transactions  
• Coordinate all stock movements (receiving, dispatching andstock on hand) 
• Adhere to stock functions in accordance with the RH instruction  
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial stock counts  

Monitor and control returnable stock functions  

• Ensure all returnable counts are accurate and captured
• Report and balance all stock received, stock returned
• Monitor and reconcile all returnable stock to suppliers
• Capture and ensure transactions on systems  
• Report on any losses

Perform administrative duties  

• Ensure data/transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Clover accounting system  
• Perform administrative functions  
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests
