The purpose of this role is to provide efficient support through the supply of engineering parts and maintain effective stock control, ensuring the right components are available at the right time to support seamless production performance.                                  

Requirements    

• Grade 12 
• Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level  
• Business English: Fluent 
• Computer literacy (Intermediate) 
• Code 08 Driver's license  
• Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities    
Monitor and control stock  

• Monitor, administer and coordinate all stockmovements (order, receive, issue and administer stock on hand)  
• Adhere to stockfunctions in accordance with the RH instruction and yearly maintenance audit  
• Lead with quarterly financial stockcounts  
• Coordinate cycle counts (daily, weekly & monthly) 
• Monitor the quality of receiving stock Completeness of order and parts not broken
• Control optimal stocklevels, based on average usage over 24 months  
• Report on all stockrelated issues 

Perform administrative duties  

• Ensure data/transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Clover accounting system 
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests 
• Capture and ensure that transactions on maintenance systems take place
