The successful candidate will carry out daily/monthly stock counts and reconciliation.
The job incumbent will assist with packing, receiving and transfers between cold storage and other departments.
Will be responsible for stock rotation, cleaning, general housekeeping, enforcing safety regulations and working with other Stock Controllers to coordinate activities.
Knowledge and Skills:
The successful candidate will be matriculated, possess a suitable accounting/store-keeping qualification or background.
Must be computer literacy, Code 8 Driver's license and Forklift license will be an added advantage.
Have 2 years of previous stock control experience in a similar position.
Accurate figure work is a must.
The position will require overtime to be worked and aspects of the job will be performed in a refrigerated environment.
