The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of our dealership's inventory, as well as assisting in the procurement and distribution of vehicle stock.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12
• Motor Industry experience (HAVAL advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Strong administrative & multi-tasking skills
• Assertiveness & Supervisory skills required
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Must be able to work independently and be detail-oriented
• Must be able to perform under pressure

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Responsible for full Vehicle Stock Control function
• Floor plan management experience
• Vehicle invoicing and general administration
• Daily debtors control
• License / Registration / Dealer stock daily follow ups
