• An opportunity has arisen for Stock Counters to count stock and report on discrepancies at our Atlas branch. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Business English: Fluent
• Work shifts/weekends/public holidays
• Work in confined spaces
• Experience in working with senior management

Duties and Responsibilities    
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Count stock        

• Identify short dated and/or damaged stock, to be removed to returns, and short dated to expired rack.
• Check blank (empty) locations and adjust product counts on system (scanner)        
• Check stock expiry dates        
• Adhere to daily cycle count         
• Perform monthly stock count        
• Adjust stock up or down when configuration changes happens (On request from System Support Manager)
• Assist WMS Controllers to identify and rectify locked locations        
• Adjust where more than 1 sku per location        
• Report damaged racking and instruct re-allocation on scanner        
• Check batch and lot numbers        

Pick stock        

• Pick stock when inventory queries are done
