Stock Supervisor at BitCo

Introduction

• BitCo Introduction > Fast-paced environment > hands-on self-starter. The Stock Supervisor will be responsible to supervise all activities of the receiving, delivery, and storage of all received stock and equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring competitive and comparison quotes
• Ensuring payments for orders that do not have existing accounts 
• Follow up with suppliers on orders placed
• Ensure that all suppliers information stays up to date at all times
• Requesting statements and invoices from suppliers
• Confirming receipt and delivery of orders
• Following up on back orders
• Facilitating checklists with regards to boot stock
• Facilitate with reporting on procurement as well as with the fleet

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum of five years’ experience in stock, stock management environment within the ICT/Telecommunication Industry.  
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to create necessary reporting
• Must be able to manage and work on the ticketing system

• Must have a valid driver’s license
