    Store Design Planner (Architectual Technologist) - Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing information for plans 
    • Ensure municipal submissions for store plans are drawn up according to guidelines as required by different local authorities
    • Distribution of schedules and plans to internal and external stakeholders
    • Upload and submit submission to relevant local councils
    • Follow up on council approvals
    • General Administration
    • Ad Hoc tasks as required

    Requirements

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS 

    • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Degree / diploma in Draughting or Interior Design)
    • Qualified as Architectural Technologist
    • 2-3 years related experience
    • SACAP professionally registered
    • 1 to 2 years experience in council submissions
    • Revit experience will be an advantage
    • Experience in store planning environment or architectural environment will be an advantage
    • MS Office or Google Suite
    • Revit/AutoCAD
    • Technical Orientation
    • Sound knowledge of SANS10400
