    Junior Business Analyst - Western Cape

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Business Process Analysis, Design and Modeling with internal stakeholders to agree on functional and technical specifications
    • Write Functional Business specifications - Use Case/ User Story formats
    • Test solutions and implement relevant training, change and go-live plans timeously
    • Identify needs and provide user training/coaching and change management
    • Create and publish user training manuals and standard operating procedures as agreed 
    • Provide user support on processes related queries 
    • Maintain data timeously to be valid, accurate and complete

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric (with Accounting) required
    • 3 year degree with analytical/ commercial subjects
    • Prior Systems/ Business analyst experience (preferably in Finance) would be an advantage

    Store Design Planner (Architectual Technologist) - Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing information for plans 
    • Ensure municipal submissions for store plans are drawn up according to guidelines as required by different local authorities
    • Distribution of schedules and plans to internal and external stakeholders

    Team Leader: Supply Chain Process - Northern Suburbs (Cape)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Lead and grow the Industrial Engineering team
    • Development of business cases 
    • Accountable for successful delivery of supply chain projects
    • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Mapping and development of supply chain processes

    • Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodology will be an advantage
    • Advanced level of computer skills, especially MS Excel or Google Sheets
