Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:

• National Diploma in related field. Degree preferred.
• 5 years’ project management experience
• Project management certifications (e.g. PMBOK, Scaled Agile)
• Advanced project management and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management systems and software
• Advanced Excel skills and proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) or related software
• Understanding and knowledge of SA legislation and respective HR policies, procedures and processes

• A minimum of two years of ABAP development experience
• ABAP Certification will be an advantage.
• Participation in SAP implementation and support projects
• Development of software in ABAP (based on technical specifications)
• Optimization of existing developments
• Completion of required IT Documentation
• Setup of XRAY Test executions

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field an advantage
• 7-10 years of equivalent experience in Change Management
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Change management certification or designation desired
• Skills Development Facilitator experience
• Knowledge of principles, training methods, and techniques used in adult education
• Experience with staff development and/or human resources management
• Proven experience with adult learning principles, methodologies, and course design techniques
• Project Management experience is an advantage
• A self-starter requiring minimal management input
