Key Responsibilities

• Lead project team in initiating and supporting the business to identify areas of Improvement
• Lead team problem solving for specific projects and coordinate inputs from clients and leadership
• Provide consulting services
• Oversee the daily project team management and accept accountability for deliverables during project execution
• Provide support to the organisation’s executive committee
• Coach junior and senior consultants in projects and provide overall guidance during an initiative
• Ensure personal development

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s)

• B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Engineering/Science/Commerce/Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits

Related Experience:

• 7 years’ Working experience in project management, performance management and/or consulting environment
