Job Description
Responsibilities:  

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets 
• Controlling expenses 
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard 
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management 
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards 
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers 

Qualifications & Exprience: 

• A Matric certificate. 
• 3-5 years' proven experience managing a retail store

Must have managed a store with:

• R10M+ annual turnover
• Minimum of 6 direct reports

Demonstrated track record of:

• Achieving or exceeding sales and turnover targets
• Driving conversion, ATV, and category growth
• Managing expenses and profitability
• Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced retail environments
