Role Summary

• Are you passionate about logistics and operations? Join our dynamic team as a Storeman, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of parts to Caterpillar dealers, Distribution Centers, and Regional Distribution Centers—supporting the end users of Caterpillar equipment.

What you will do:

• Receive, inspect, package, store, and ship parts according to standard operating procedures.
• Resolve grief issues promptly and accurately.
• Handle REMAN core inspections, staging, and shipping in line with REMAN standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies to the Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Perform Decon and Put Away activities as per standard work.
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship parts efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Report MNE breakdowns and participate in incident investigations.
• Accurately scan activities using RF devices to account for daily hours.
• Support other warehouse departments as needed.
• Be available to work overtime during emergency situations.

What will put you forward:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum 50% pass in Maths and English.
• Previous experience in warehousing or operations.
• Valid and experienced MHE (Material Handling Equipment) license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to operational needs.

• Onsite, five days a week.
• Ability to work shifts
• Relocation/ISE/Payroll Transfer will not be supported.
