Job Summary
- Monitors and improves the maintenance of the Production Unit by overseeing maintenance staff and equipment; ensures employees comply with safety procedures and standards.
About The Role / What You Will Do
- Coaching and mentoring teams in order to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals in learning and improving effectiveness.
- Creating work plans for staff and contractors; reviewing the maintenance work performed by technicians.
- Making purchasing decisions and recommendations regarding equipment and tools; training the workers periodically on various maintenance processes and techniques.
- Monitoring the maintenance budget; identifying cost-effective alternatives for current maintenance activities.
- Tracking daily inventories, inspecting production units for wear and tear; ensuring replacements are made on time.

Role Summary
- Are you passionate about logistics and operations? Join our dynamic team as a Storeman, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of parts to Caterpillar dealers, Distribution Centers, and Regional Distribution Centers—supporting the end users of Caterpillar equipment.
What you will do:
- Receive, inspect, package, store, and ship parts according to standard operating procedures.
- Resolve grief issues promptly and accurately.
- Handle REMAN core inspections, staging, and shipping in line with REMAN standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the Supervisor or Team Lead.
- Perform Decon and Put Away activities as per standard work.
- Pick, pack, stage, and ship parts efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
- Report MNE breakdowns and participate in incident investigations.
- Accurately scan activities using RF devices to account for daily hours.
- Support other warehouse departments as needed.
- Be available to work overtime during emergency situations.
What will put you forward:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum 50% pass in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in warehousing or operations.
- Valid and experienced MHE (Material Handling Equipment) license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
