Job Summary

• To support Operations Assistant in the efficient management of the storeroom by assisting with administrational, as well as logistical needs.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

• Responsible for issuing of stock orders made by the different operational departments
• Responsible for the receiving and unpacking of new stock and updating the stock room inventory on the system
• Responsible for checking invoices of all delivered stock and confirming stock received matches invoices
• Ensure regular stock takes are completed, and the system stock database is maintained
• Ensure the stockroom is clean and kept tidy at all times
• Ensure that the consumable ordering and handout system is used and managed with all the operational personnel responsible for ordering and handing out consumables and equipment
• Ensure that sufficient stock levels are kept, to avoid running out and causing delays for site launches etc.

Requirements

• Matric / grade 12
• Must be computer literate
