- Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
- We at RCL FOODS are in search for a Stores Clerk to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Rustenburg and report to the Transport Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Valid Code EB Driver’s License
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Workshop Environment
- Computer Literacy (Syspro & Excel)
Knowledge:
- Stock / Parts Knowledge
- Product Knowledge in Hino, Isuzu and Toyota
- Internal procurement controls
- Internal departments' stock control
Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily oil dips and oil readings
- Daily and Monthly stock taking
- Interaction with Suppliers (Quote requests)
- Ordering of Parts and Consumables
- Receiving and Issuing of Parts
- Manage Stock Levels and Parts requests from Depots
- Opening and managing of Jobcards
- Syspro Ordering and receiving
- Matching of Daily Invoices
