MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12/ Equivalent
• Procurement Management Certificate
• Driver’s License – Code 08
• Computer literacy – MS Office
• Supervisory Training will be advantageous
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• First Aid Certificate

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• 5 Years experience in Stores control and procurement
• Knowledge of Contract Mining Industry
• Understanding workshop processes and inventory control

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To facilitate and ensure effective coordination of Stores Control process
• Ensure alignment to Company procedures and processes
• Compile weekly and monthly recon account of stock items
• Capturing of procurement information into the financial management system
