Collation/Development of Strategic/Executive EPMO Reports for various reporting forums including MANCO, EXCO and Programme level Industry reporting, example: PASA/BASA reporting for PayShap
Supporting the BankservAfrica EPMO project teams and Leads
Manage and control EPMO Resourcing contracting and costs (Pro-fees) as required
Build, Influence and leverage key strategic stakeholder and industry relationships
Deliver on internal and external SLA’s
Demonstrate innovative and pioneering thinking in area of expertise and translate this into business process/ solutions/ working practice improvements
Contribute to and deliver on BankservAfrica EPMO goals and activities aligned to strategy
Develop and maintain BankservAfrica EPMO Management reporting scope and cadence, including updating the Project Management System as per SLA
Policies and procedures: Provide input into relevant policies and procedures
Compliance: Comply with relevant policies & procedures, regulation, and legislation
Risk: Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks appropriately
Work with the BankservAfrica EPMO team and utilize the PMO process, templates, systems, and methodologies
Adhoc documenting and or updated the project artefacts
Ensure all artefacts adheres/aligns to the BSA CI and the PMO templates
Recommend project enhancements and reporting standards
Recommend performance and monitoring optimization as it relates to the project and deliverables
Co-ordinate internal monthly reporting meetings with BankservAfrica EPMO with the actions minutes and distribute accordingly
Coordinate monthly internal and external reporting meetings ensuring alignment with the Change Navigation Team
Ability to interpret Business strategy, factors internal and external that effect the strategy and advise on the effect of the strategy
Provide alternative courses of action, with regards to identified problems
QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE
B-Com Degree majoring in Business Communications/Business Management/Marketing
Certificate in Internal Communications Strategy (or similar certification)
Expert level MS PowerPoint knowledge
Knowledge using similar tools to MS PowerPoint will be acceptable

Administration and organizational skills
Good communicator and be able to work in a dynamic team and communicate with various groups
Negotiating skills between various stakeholders is essential
Ability to communicate technical language to varying levels of technical understanding
Stakeholder management
Able to manage large volumes of data, understand data and proficiently knowledgeable on how the data can be used for reporting objectives
EXPERIENCE
2-5 years’ working experience in producing executive/strategic reports
Project Administration and communications experience will be a value add
Professional writing skills and Board reporting
End to end Payments Processing knowledge advantageous
