• Driving commercial strategy across sponsorships and partnerships
• Turning brands + audiences into real revenue opportunities
• Building go-to-market plans that actually land and convert
• Working closely with sales teams to unlock bigger deals
• Spotting trends, gaps and opportunities before anyone else does

What you bring

• Proven experience in commercial strategy / partnerships / sponsorship sales
• Strong understanding of how deals are structured and scaled
• Background in media, sport, OOH, advertising or entertainment
• A proper hunter mindset with strategic thinking to match
