    Student Services Consultant (JB3847)

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • 1-2 years relevant working experience OR tertiary customer service/contact centre experience
    • Computer literate
    • Typing speed minimum 25 wpm

    Duties:

    • Customer enquiry response rates
    • Achieve agreed service targets
    • Executing student administration using CRM and other systems
    • Fostering and maintaining client relationships
    • responsible and ethical provision of information to students
    • time management
