    Studio Training Manager - PowerPlay Global

    What You’ll Do:

    • Design and implement engaging training programs for live studio presenters and pit bosses
    • Ensure presenters master game rules, dealing techniques, and performance standards
    • Oversee onboarding, assessments, and certification of new staff
    • Utilise e-learning tools and modern training techniques
    • Collaborate with HR and Operations to align training with business goals
    • Continuously improve training materials to enhance learning retention

    Qualifications

    What You Need:

    • At least 3 years of training experience in a structured, outcomes-based environment
    • Strong leadership & facilitation skills
    • Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent
    • Knowledge of casino games/casino experience is advantageous
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
